How Should I Prepare for My First Appointment?
We will send you an electronic link where you can fill out a majority of your new patient paperwork prior to your first appointment. Please bring your ID and insurance cards with you
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Please call the office with any dental emergency. If the call is after normal business hours, our out-going message will instruct you on who to call
